It was an early introduction call where the recruiter had reached out to me. I had given my feedback that the role highlighted is not a good fit for me. However, agreed to a call as her response had been - lets have chat for me to understand the role better first. Unfortuantley the experience was not pleasant. As the first engagement with Equinix it did not leave a positive impression on me in terms of their values and culture. I feel obliged to give this feedback - a first for me in over a decades of working experience.
