I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox in Jan 2016
Interview
I was a referral from a current instructor there.
The process took about 2 weeks- the first interview over the phone took about 45mins- 1 hour, asking general questions, about background experience, if I'm comfortable doing sales. The Coordinator told me about the company, benefits, and the responsibilities as an instructor. I was invited for an in-person audition and interview scheduled for the following week. The Coordinator took me on a tour of the Club, then had a 30 minute audition/ mock session in the Studio using another Manager as the client. Afterwards, I interviewed with the Coordinator for about an hour with more situational questions. Finally, met with the General Manager/ Assistant General Managers of the Club.
I was offered a position in the following days.
