My interview process was not a typical one, but definitely memorable. EquipmentShare gives applicants a personality test to see how you fit in with the company and what position suits you best. Interview was very personal and relaxed!

If you could do anything, what would you do and why?
The whole process was fairly quick and easy. There were multiple rounds with recruiter and managers. Each interview was prompt and very thorough. The recruiter was very friendly and easy to talk too.
