Interview
Very straightforward. I went in to speak with the person in charge, and I was practically told immediately that I have the position. It was very easy to treat the interview like a regular conversation because they don't make themselves seem superior just because of their positions.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
