I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Columbia, MD) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was great! I went through 3 rounds, a phone interview, an in person with the manager, and then another in person with members of the team. They asked me many questions to make sure that I was not only a good fit for the type of role, but a good fit with the team as well. They really wanted to make sure I fit in with their diverse culture before bringing me on.

Well-led, passionate interview. Described the whole process of the job and different locations of the position. Would recommend for entry-level finance majors. It is a grind at first but if you make it you will be worth it.
