I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Fairfax, VA) in Nov 2008
Interview
The IQ intelligence test was made up of true/false and multiple choice questions. It was timed for about 10-15 minutes. They are hospitable and friendly. The upper management seems very busy seeing they were late to all 3 interviews. Even the interview seemed rushed as they needed to head out to a different meeting somewhere else.

Interview
Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
