Had a first initial screening on my college campus that lasted 45 minutes. Guy was very nice but misleading with their business model. It seems exactly like a MLM for finance. During the first actual interview at their office it started off well and then I started to think more about their business model. Was told 9/10 people don’t make it to the 5 year mark. Absolutely not what I look for in a company, where’s the growth if 90% of the work force is gone in 4 years? The big boss came in and asked me “why should I get this position and what makes you different?” I was honest and told them that this is NOT the position for me and left. Why should someone like me with 2 internships under my belt and 5 years of work experience + 3 different types of degrees take all the risk with a commission only structure that’s bound to have most people quit. I googled them afterwards and saw that most customers are dissatisfied with their service + products and feel scammed. I’m glad I walked out of there. I recommend to avoid this business, and consider options where the company partners with you, invest in you and focuses on keeping you long term.
