First they had a regular phone call with me to talk about the company and role. Then we had a 2nd interview via microsoft teams to talk about the companies history and expected pay. Then they're trying to get me to apply to a completely different role before the 3rd interview.

People were very responsive and kind, however I only ended up meeting/interviewing with the same person 3 times, which felt a bit weird to me. I ended up meeting the EVP for my offer which was great, but I really wanted to meet more of the team.
