simple phone call that ended pretty quickly asking if i wanted to join the company even though it was more client facing position so another call was set up to continue the interview process

There is an initial phone screening, then it goes into an in-person interview regarding fit, second in-person review about interest in the company/role, third/final interview going over why Equitable and any other clarifying questions.
