I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equity Methods (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
First was the phone interview screen process with the manager. It is brief questions based on your resume and qualification with some behavioral question. Then, was a skype interview, which is more in-depth about the position and how can candidates fit in and it last about an hour. After the skype interview, I was invited for an in-person interview in their office in Scottsdale. I met 8 members on the team with three rounds of interviews, including a panel interview with technical questions based on the material they published. A lot of depth background questions and behavioral questions, but not too difficult. The people are very friendly and professional at what they do. They are very busy so be patient with the interview process.
