Half a day long iterations over a task, mainly about how you incorporate changes into it. The task was actually interesting, but it was way too long of a time commitment for a technical interview.

3 rounds:
1st round is split into 2 parts - 1hr each - one with HR and your future manager, and one with a staff engineer/s
2nd round is 5hr live coding where you have to implement a solution based on requirements which evolve with each iteration. Each hour you are joined by a different engineer (future colleague) and your goal is to make the solution you are happy with in terms of code quality and system design. The amount of iterations completed is not so much important
3rd round - 1hr panel discussion between you and your future colleagues
