    Pros

    Big company, you can switch departments and countries if you want. Also you can never get fired.

    Cons

    Dull job, business oriented corporate culture, IT is badly managed and always second priority.

    Advice to Management

    IT in a bank is very important. Think about it.

    possibility to extend in the arraes of banking, good atmosfere, easy to learn, grerat support very nice people

    not really much to say, to complex organization, lot of diferent styles in each country, not same approach evreywhere

    lot of money for company

    Cons

    political background wars, strong alibism, socialism style , very frustrating place to work if you think that you can make something done , just "eating money" , spend hundresd of millions for 5 uyear proejcts, whic can be done in 1 year, with quarter of money. company spend a lot of money for workplace, its really nice, but thats all

    if they want listen , culture is if you dont agree, you are going to accept new challenges outside company

    Can be very bureaucratic and hard to get new ideas authorised.

    A great place to work if work/life balance is more important to you than compensation

    rigid in structure - less flexible in thought process than many institutions.

    Focus on the core business - be aware that you won't find all the skills you need in any one country
