"I recently interviewed for the and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The interview process was quite disorganized, and I had trouble getting clear information about the next steps. I had to follow up multiple times, and each time, I was told I'd get feedback within a week, but I received nothing for over three weeks. Additionally, the interview was not aligned with the job description. The questions were more general and did not address the specific skills and experience mentioned in the posting, which left me feeling like the process was unstructured and ineffective. Although the interviewer was very rude & unprofessional , the lack of communication and clarity really impacted my perception of the company. I would suggest improving internal communication and being transparent about timelines to avoid frustration for future candidates."
