All it was for the first was a video recording that you sent in where you’d answer questions. Not too bad. You had 3 chances to record so it wasn’t too stressful to say the least.
unorganized set up, group interview style with 3 basic interview questions about why you wanna work there and how you handle feedback, and then a group activity to see how you work with groups
Positive overall but important to be prepared as towards the last stages can be really specific and quite complex. But all the interviewers were friendly and receptive and informative, so a good process overall.
