Asked a couple general questions more so related to personality and less about product knowledge. They do not require prior experience in sales, makeup, or skincare. Worked there without cosmetology license

Are you passionate about achieving client satisfaction?
Online application then an in person group interview where we went to their head office to learn about their products and then to a store to demonstrate our knowledge and sell products to customers
The interview process was very informal due to covid protocol. I interviewed with the store's account executive over the phone, it was a very pleasant experience. I recieved a verbal offer over the phone that same day. Great company to work for.

Easy going and calm environment. Friendly interviewers. Training period was also easy. No problems. Everything was smooth and easy. Simple and easy questions, the interview and hiring process only took a week and I was trained very quickly.
