Ethisphere interview questions

I interviewed for the Event Marketing Manager position and completed two rounds of interviews, including an initial video screening and a subsequent interview with the hiring manager. The interviewers were professional, and the conversations themselves were positive. Unfortunately, after completing the interview process, I never received any communication regarding the outcome of my candidacy. No rejection email, status update, or follow-up was provided. I understand that companies may move forward with other candidates, but after multiple interview rounds, candidates deserve closure and basic communication. A simple update would have demonstrated respect for the time and effort invested in the process. Given the company’s focus on ethics, workplace culture, and organizational best practices, I found the lack of follow-up particularly disappointing.
