Interview
1st Interview - panel interview with 4 people - pretty straight forwards - basic questions from hiring manager, HR and other senior staff
2nd - Assessment centre at Etisalat Academy - 4-5 business scanerios and analysis based tasks - this was outsourced to a 3rd party

Interview
First - screening by HR, followed by a face to face interview with a panel. Once shortlisted, had to go through a full day skills assessment test required for senior roles. Once the result was positive, the selection was confirmed.
