Interviewers were generally friendly and warm. Interviewers seem to place a lot more importance on family background and educational background instead of on skills and experience. Overall experience is was a cordial one.

Interview
I experienced a fuss free interview process followed by quick decision making. I had 2 rounds of interviews. Both times, the conversations were very friendly and quite casual. Overall, I found it a very pleasant experience.
