The process was quite challenging and included detailed questions about previous experience, knowledge, and skills. Both technical competencies and soft skills were assessed. It was necessary to provide in-depth descriptions of business cases that had been handled — what goals were set, what tasks were addressed, and how they were achieved. Particular attention was given to the difficulties and challenges encountered, with a requirement to explain how they were overcome and what approaches were used.
