Horrendous, HR was fine, Interviewers were disrespectful and unprofessional. Who leaves their phone on 'ring' when interviewing, even if it does ring and it's something important then fine. What put me off was that the interviewer could look at the phone and laugh and gossip after that with the other interviewer in the middle of my answer. Questions asked were impossible to give a correct answer and they laughed at, what i felt was a reasonable answer. Would not accept even if they gave me an offer
Arrangement for the interview session was ok. For the interview session, the interviewer came very late without apology. Interviewer did not display professional mannerism. Quite rude and proud. Does not seem to be paying attention during the conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eurokars Group (Singapore) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interviewer communicated and behaved in a belittling manner and didn’t bother to share anything about the role. Overall, it felt like she was tired of numerous interviews before mine and couldn’t be bothered much and expected the candidate to already know everything about what the role entails. Also, “anything regarding HR you can speak to HR” was the biggest turn off. Please don’t set up an interview if you are not interested at all and waste the candidate’s time.
