Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Evapco
Very through, better make sure you know your stuff because they looked through your resume and know it too. Will ask difficult process questions but that is to be expected for this kind of work.
- Water treatment processes and controls

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evapco (Taneytown, MD) in Jan 2020
I had to be let in by the receptionist, signed in, and was given a visitors badge. I was interviewed by 8 different managers 3 interviews were one on one, one was 2 on one, and another was 3 on one. The managers I met with talked a little bit about their department and what they do. I was given a tour of the facility and was very impressed with the company overall.

I showed up in person to complete an application. A couple days later I was called to come in for a scheduled interview. When the day came, I completed an interview, and was sent to a secondary site to complete a physical and drug screen. I started the following Monday.
- Are you going to be able to complete 40 hours or strenuous work per week?

Anonymous Employee
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Evapco in May 2016
It was a fairly simple process. The floor supervisor went over the basic values and rules of the company and gave a nice tour of the facility. Stopped at area where I was planning on being involved in and gave a more in-depth perspective.
- How can you benefit this company?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Evapco
Started with a phone interview with basic behavioral questions about yourself, your interests and your resume. Got called back for an in person interview where you talk with a number of directors and VPs. There are no difficult questions, just be outgoing because this is a sales position and they want to see interest.
