After the initial, informal call with the person who contacted me from LinkedIn there were two rounds of formal interviews: 1. Technical Assessment: checking on past experience and understanding of the technology. 2. Personal Assessment: your future manager will get to know you. After that, there was one more informal call with a director and an offer was shared in the same week.

I applied online through, and I received a prompt response asking to schedule a phone interview. After I responded the same day with my availability, I heard nothing back from them.
