EverCharge interview questions

This company is a hot mess. I applied directly at their site, and after a few days, an in-house recruiter reached out to schedule an initial interview. I did more digging on Google only to find that their employee turnover was high, and people didn't have good things to say about this company. The position was open because an employee resigned or was fired, according to my research. I still decided to give the recruiter a shot, only for the interview to get canceled because the position was shelved 20 minutes before the interview was set to start. The recruiter did me a favor.

Started with a phone screening with a brief description of the role, along with setting up the first interview. The first interview didn’t even have the hiring manger attend due to a conflicting meeting and was told they would be in the my next interview implying I would be moving on to the next round….got an email a couple day later that they are going to proceed with other more qualified candidates. I was told I would be a great fit for this role by the person conducting the interview makes absolutely no sense. Mostly likely for the best takes about 10 secs looking at reviews that this is a company seems to be a dumpster fire.
