Very long interview process between the recruiting firm and actual overcome employees. The entire process took between 2-3 months. The interview is very controversial. Not too technical. Need to be aware of Evercore deals and general market awareness

Got on a Google Meet call with facilitator, asked a few standard questions and really let the interviewer carry the conversation. Light conversation beforehand. Motivationals mainly with a curveball of a slight technical question
