First, I got a call from staffing agency. Are you looking for job change ? I said yes.
Then she processed my resume for the next day interview.
They took interview on Friday, Monday, Wednesday
First day, technical round.
Second day, another technical managerial round
Third day, HR round but no confirmation.

Interview
1st round is technical, which is average.
HR and Manager round takes more than one hour. Be prepared, be patient, they will ask all personal stuff like why you choose this college, why this company, are you happy in your life.
They will also explain, like you may need to work on weekends, need to connect whenever client wants.
I wasn't offered and I'm happy.
