Interview
My first interview was done via zoom. The internet connection went out, and I soon reached out to the person (via email) who was conducting my interview. Didn't hear a word back from them. I had to reach out to the person who was scheduling the interview to get another time set up. I had asked why the first person did not respond to my correspondence, and I received no response. The second interview was done, and I was not selected after the second interview.
Things seemed a little shady with them.
Initial phone interview, followed by two or three more interviews with recruiters, and finally the interview with someone from the company. The whole process lasted about a couple weeks and many meetings were video calls through zoom.
Very robotic, questions were all scripted, interviewer asked weird questions like “are you ready to take off”. She also turned of her camera so I was staring at nothing the entire time.

Interview
There was 4 separate behavior interview rounds. Two with someone who turned their camera off and only spoke from a script. The other two were links to online personality tests. There was no personalization during this process.
