Excel Finance interview questions

I was asked a question and interrupted throughout the interview. I was asked more than 4 times the same question which was if was ready for en Environment like this? My answer was always the same strong and secure. Perhaps i the middle of my answer i was always interrupted by another question, the manager g Judge me by my looks.
