I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expel
Interview
I had 4 interviews all an hour long. I also had to do an assignment and prep work for the second interview. Everything was going well and was scheduled for my final interviews and also was sent benefits information and a request for my mailing address since I made it to the final stage. I thought that meant everything was going well and then I was told after all my interviews that they don’t want to offer me the position because they were not 100% sure I would be successful. I was a sdr before. Now I have “swag” from a company that did not want to hire me.

When I first arrived, we went over the benefits package and from there, I interviewed with several different roles, all contributing to the SDR role. I was taken out to lunch and given a clear direction for next steps.
