Hike offered is usually less than 20%. They may give assignment and may have many rounds but if the expected salary is marked high, you are not gonna get selected.

comparing two different people of different experience (in numbers and skills) and asking how are you better than the other.
Made me feel very comfortable, mostly checked the level of confidence. Consisted of one round with the sales team and one HR Round. Interview process was very simple and transparent.
