Met with 3 sets of 2 Engineer/Manager pairs. Answered basic whiteboard coding problems. I was referred by two employees. After my interview I tried to follow up with the HR rep I had been in contact with several times. I asked specifically that they respond with feedback whether I got the job or not. He said they would. I followed up and my contacts in the company emailed him and asked if he would do it. No response. 2 months later I got a form email saying that they had decided to go in another direction. What a waste.
