There was the face to face interview. Then there was paperwork. Math skills, comprehension, writing skills, and reviewing skills for data entry. After that we were sent home, and it was only a few days until i was contacted and provided my new job.

Very casual interview, asked questions about what I would like and dislike, what I want in an employer and what is important to me goals and the salary I'm looking for. It seems more like a conversation not a interview.

Straight forward. You fill out some paperwork and have a meeting with a representative. Pass The UA , do your I9 and you will be working soon. The process is quick and efficient.
