Extol Sales/Application Engineer interview questions

2 interview sessions, fairly informal but they ask honest questions and expect a lot from their employees and people they hire on. I don't think I was a great fit for the role I ended up interviewing for, but would have likely jumped at the chance to work for them. Seems like they run a tight ship that I'd love to be a part of.
