Fairly easy had to be confident, clear and communicative. As a BDA it was fairly easy interview, need good communication skills and presence of mind to crack it. Having some skills or innovative ideas to pitch or sell something would be a plus.
2rounds relephonic and face to face. telephonic they asked about introduction and fixed the time for 2nd round. f2f - Asked about intro and why you want to choose sales as career ?
There are three rounds of interview first telephonic second on zoom and third on zoom or telephonic HR was very calm and supportive and at the end I get selected

Screening ,Manager round and Hr round apply job business development manager Be in formals and properly groomed.
2. Make sure your internet connectivity is good.
3. Don’t be late, be on time. / Be at a quiet place where you can give the interview properly.
4. Be prepared for the interview (Read about the company, read the JD carefully. Know your job role properly)
