In the process , the first round was GD and it was pathetic they are clearly doing partiality the interviewer was busy on their phone and not even listening our discussion and they were selecting the people with beautiful faces on their appearance not on the basis of talent.I am completely disappointed with this behavior of the recruiter.

The first round is an aptitude test, then there is a hr round and after that final interview, the aptitude is of average difficulty, and the interview is also not that tough

Lengthy process, but moderate level of ques, if u r sure about whether u can go for sales then only go for it otherwise u will not be happy when u r unable to meet the target.
