Interview
First all the candidates went to a room where we talked about the company in a shared kind of presentation where the recruiter was directing the talk, after we had a written test were we to respond emails from potential costumers, and finally a 1 to 1 interview with the recruiter and a supervisor.

Comfortable. Easygoing approach. Very honest. Very into our interests and capacities regarding the position we’re trying to get in to. Honesty required. Interest and browsing to all the projects of the company when presenting each other. aaah
