Interview
Initial e-mail contact with internal recruiter to set up a 30 minute phone screen. I responded same day, but still took 2-3 days to get an answer back. Phone screen setup and conducted one week later. Obviously had a successful screen, as the internal company recruiter advised that she would be forwarding me to the hiring manager for an on-site interview. Did not hear back for a week and followed up with an e-mail, which has yet to be answered. Not sure what happened, but do not expect much follow thru, and if it is, they move very slow. They're in a growth phase, but how they handled the process probably explains the current state of affairs at this company. So, enter at your own risk!
