So many red flags here:
* The company purports to be a web development firm, but conducts screening by having candidates fill in a MS Word document, to be returned by email.
* Despite applying for a Python role, I was sent a technical test - in the form of a Google drive archive - with clear instructions to fill in the Javascript section. I filled in the Javascript section, sent it back, and was then sent an irritable email telling me to go back and fill in the Python section.
* I had two Google Meet interviews: as another candidate has described, the interviewer had clearly not read my CV/GitHub/LinkedIn/etc, and was rude and dismissive throughout both.
* The interviewer took every opportunity, in both interviews, to denigrate my skills and experience.
* The interviewer took visible pleasure in upbraiding me over my apparent ignorance on an obscure technical question. I looked up this question after the interview, to find that I was right and he was wrong. I pointed this out in an email, only to get - I should have seen this coming - a rude and dismissive response.
I would echo another candidate's sentiment that I dodged a bullet here.
