Interview
Group Test: Supervisors/Assessors in the same room watching. Given a group task, with certain rules. Seemed to be looking for how well you paid attention to/remembered the rules, and how you interacted with others. Be a team player and involve others.
Individual: Given a document. Hour to study it. Then had to present your findings/choices to a panel of two. Make sure you have numerical data to back up your reasoning.
Interview: Two assessors. Not a serious chat, make sure you know about the company and have lots to talk about etc.
