Red tape and slow process. Often meaningless questions and separate psychometric tests to suit job offer which causes undue stress to all parties involved. Processes prove that the company is not suitably resourced/confident to make it's employment decisions.

very standard questions, asked me to introduce myself also the projects I did before. Basically no behavior questions but some technical questions. The technical questions were standard. It lasted about one hour long.
