FSM Group interview questions

Horrible - un des pires entretiens de ma vie. Le directeur te descend sur ta façon de t’habiller, te descend aussi sur ta vie personnelle. Pour lui il faut avoir mangé du caillou toute sa vie pour avoir envie de travailler chez lui sinon tu n’as pas assez la motivation pour mériter des « Rolls Royce » et des « montres de luxes »… Aucun professionnalisme, aucune éthique. A fuir !

Was approx a 2 hour interview, done conversation style with two senior employees. Were very knowledgeable and well versed, and initial interview went very well. I was sent there by a recruiter, but not given much direction into what they were hiring from other than a generic job role and the company name. I learned a lot about the company when I got there and through the process of interviewing. I thought it went well, but was told two weeks later that they decided not to move forward as I was too "junior" for the position they wanted to fill.
