Unfortunately, I found the process quite disappointing. I was asked to provide a large number of documents and materials, but during the interview itself, there were very few constructive or meaningful questions about my skills, experience, or fit for the role.
As a candidate, I had expected the interview to be a more professional and two-way discussion, where both sides could better understand each other. Instead, the process felt more administrative than evaluative, which left me with a negative impression of the overall experience.

such as “Could you introduce yourself?” There were no meaningful follow-up questions about my experience, skills, or fit for the role.
The interview is very time-consuming for applicants (half a day) but not for the company (30minutes-1h), which in my opinion, is a waste of applicants' time. Generally, I get the impression that the company overpromises and oversells its offerings.
