FY Group interview questions

Unprofessional. I asked HR if they were opened to hiring people with no experience in the relevant field. She said yes. 5 interviewers in the meeting room & no social distancing when Government announced social gathering at 2 pax. It was a mid level position. 5 different interviewers each asked questions, including the CEO. Interview was very draggy. In the end, I was rejected as they want someone with relevant experience in the industry. It was a waste of time.

2 interviews: 1st on Zoom & 2nd in person group interview with a presentation. They expect top notch agency quality detailed presentation. A high-level frame work would not cut it.
