I interviewed at Fairgrove Partners (London, England)
Interview
Few rounds, fairly standard process with generally straightforward cases/sizing in the early rounds and very classic why consulting/why fairgrove style Qs. Final round involved analysing a deck they’d made themselves and adding a few slides.
Overall neutral experience. Interviewer was helpful, but not encouraging. case study was an interesting one, contained some basic numerical and problem solving which we talked through together. Was never notified of my lack of success, which lowered my overall opinion of the company and their process.
It was a very formulated process, with standard questions asked back to back followed by a case question. There was no small talk or much friendliness, and no feel of the company culture through the interview process.
