Fairhurst Civil/Structural Engineer interview questions

Candid interview review of past jobs and design tasks. Detailed description of the various elements designed was queried and how I approached the design solution and the technical constraints I considered and various options I explored to justify the final design solution. Calculation philosophy was critical and demonstration of firm grasp of the principles to perform technical calculations for various elements as required in the role applied for was questioned thoroughly.
