Fairmatic interview questions

I recently went through their interview process, which started with a screening call followed by an interview with the hiring manager. They promised to get back to me within a couple of days, but then completely ghosted me. It’s been over a month and I never heard back from anyone. It’s incredibly unprofessional, a major red flag, and a total waste of time. The least they could do is communicate with candidates, and honestly, I dodged a bullet by not joining a company that treats people this way. Please don’t waste your time with this disrespectful company.

The pace between each phase was super long and unresponsive. The interviews felt like a messy process. The hr didn’t came back to inform the next steps, she sent me an home assignment of a different role, and they have never came back with an answer after me presenting a solution that I have been working on for a week.
