Falvey Insurance Group interview questions

The interview process was quite underwhelming. I was initially asked to come in for an in-person interview, but while I was on my way, HR called to inform me it had been changed to a virtual format on the interview day. Two interviewers were supposed to be present, but only one joined, and the conversation consisted of very basic questions. After that, there was complete radio silence and no clear follow-up communication. It was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort invested. Dont waste time for such places when they dont value your time.
