Families In Schools interview questions

I interviewed and it was a smooth and straightforward process. There were two people interviewing me and it was an easy interview that lasted a few hours. I appreciated the questions and experience.

Be prepared to be prescreened through a phone interview. I was not prepared and felt uncomfortable when told I was going to be recorded. It threw me off a bit because I started concentrating on how I would sound instead of what I was saying about myself and my skills.
