Basic phone interview, was easy and once your accepted you start working. Starting is harder than the interview itself because most of us are nervous when starting because there is no formal training. You read the employee tutorial, learn the do's and don'ts and stay claiming tasks. You will have to successfully complete a few selected tasks in the beginning then you will have access to the full dashboard of tasks. My suggestion is is better if you Google research alot, if you have worked as a concierge and / or have an administrative background to be successful at this job.
