The interview started out with Kevin the HR Manager who was great. He gave a good overview of the company and emphasized the strengths and weakness. He was engaging in the conversation and focused on my talents and experience. I was then joined by two of the owners and they were receptive to my personal goals and what I wanted from a company. The CEO (other owner) arrived late and was a little intense. He repeated a lot of questions that were already asked. I covered many points before he arrived but he required I submit a plan on how I was going to run the QA/Testing aspects of the company. I did as he requested making an outline of how I would improve quality and reduce testing costs. I was then offered the job upon completion.
