Fashion Angels Enterprises interview questions

Had to re-write my resume for the 100th time, which is always fun. Interview went fine, didn't realize at the time the company secretary was in there as well as the purchasing manager, which was fine. easy, quick, hired me.

The interview started out with Kevin the HR Manager who was great. He gave a good overview of the company and emphasized the strengths and weakness. He was engaging in the conversation and focused on my talents and experience. I was then joined by two of the owners and they were receptive to my personal goals and what I wanted from a company. The CEO (other owner) arrived late and was a little intense. He repeated a lot of questions that were already asked. I covered many points before he arrived but he required I submit a plan on how I was going to run the QA/Testing aspects of the company. I did as he requested making an outline of how I would improve quality and reduce testing costs. I was then offered the job upon completion.
